Booking Conditions:

When we accept your booking, we will ask you to pay a deposit equal to the first night of your stay. Should you need to cancel a standard booking or change your booking dates, we will only refund your deposit if we can successfully re-let the room you have booked. Should you need to cancel less than 48hrs before you are due to arrive you will be liable for 50% of the cost of your stay or 100% of the cost of your stay if cancelled within 24hrs. We will refund you for the dates we are able to re-let the room you have booked. Please take out holiday insurance to cover this loss in the event you need to cancel. However, if we are forced to close due to government guidelines, we will offer you the option of transferring your deposit to a future date or a total refund of your deposit.

High Season: April 1st to October 31st, Low Season: November 1st to March 31st.

The above rates are for the room based on 2 sharing and include the breakfast of your choice from our menu (click the Breakfast button on the left to view our menu).

We have a minimum of a three night booking during July, August, September and Bank Holidays and a minimum of a two night booking the rest of the year.

An additional guest/child in Room One is an extra £45 per night.

We welcome bookings from single guests. Room rates will be discounted by £5 per night.

By prior arrangement, you are welcome to bring one well behaved dog into your room at £20 per night as long as they are kept under control, you wipe their feet before entering the property, bring their own bedding, a mat to place food and water bowls on and assure us that you will not allow them on any of the furniture. We also ask that unless absolutely necessary dogs are kept in the room until after 7:30am due to the noise of walking on the gravel driveway outside the front door causing disturbance to other guests staying in the front of the property.

We welcome payment by Debit/Credit Card, Cash, or Bank Transfer.
