Jim & Annette Parkinson ( Rolo & Summer) would like to welcome you to their bed and breakfast accommodation situated in the heart of the small seaside town of Wells next the Sea, in Norfolk England.

Manor Farm Guesthouse is a late Georgian period house set in spacious gardens with ample parking and offers comfortable B & B accommodation at competitive prices.

We are situated in a quiet location in the south of Wells, yet only a five minute walk from the town center shops, restaurants, pubs and harbour. Close by is arguably one of the best beaches in the U. K.

We welcome a variety of guests including families with children of 8 years upwards, as long as they are supervised whilst on the premises. Our breakfast menu is extensive using local produce and corn fed free range eggs. We try and cater for all diets, vegetarian options are available from our standard menu.

Upstairs next to our bedrooms we have a quiet seating area overlooking the front garden, exclusively for our guests. Here you will find tourist information brochures, a tropical fish tank and a selection of books to suit all ages, including bird watching books/magazines and our own bird report book.

Wells is Ideally placed in the middle of the North Norfolk Coast for numerous activities:
Cycling: (National Cycle Route 1 Passes our entrance) cycle storage available.
Walking: close to the Peddars Way and North Norfolk Coast Path.
Bird Watching: Titchwell, Cley, Holkham and many other reserves.
Sailing: with tuition available from Oceanus near the harbour.
Gillying: (it's not only the children who enjoy fishing for crabs on the Quay!)
Beach Holidays: miles of fine golden sand backed by dunes and pine forests.
Holkham Hall: The home of the Earl of Leicester is just over a mile away.
Sandringham Estate: The Queen's estate Just under 20 miles away.
