Manor Farm is a late Georgian period house set in spacious gardens with ample parking and offers luxurious accommodation at affordable prices.
We welcome a variety of guests including families with one child of 8 years upwards as long as they are supervised whilst on the premises. Our breakfast menu is extensive using local produce and our own free range eggs. We try and cater for all diets.

We provide a quiet seating area overlooking the front garden which has a tropical fish tank and a selection of books to suit all ages, including bird watching books/magazines and our own bird report book.
Located in a quiet location in the south of the town yet only a five minute walk from the town centre shops, restaurants, pubs and harbour. Close by is arguably one of the best beaches in the U. K.

Walking: close to the Peddars Way and North Norfolk Coast Path.
Bird Watching: Titchwell, Cley, Holkham and many other reserves.
